You will work directly with clients to configure Infor ERP modules, support business process design, and deliver training. Strong knowledge of at least one Infor product family is required, and a good understanding of Business Processes related to your functional Domain (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Sales, Procurement).
You will be the first point of contact for client support requests: diagnosing issues, managing resolution, and documenting outcomes. Experience in a managed services or helpdesk environment can be helpful. Strong knowledge of at least one Infor product family is required.
You will build integrations, custom reports, and technical enhancements within Infor ERP environments. Proficiency with Infor APIs, ION, and scripting tools required.
